Turkmen Rug

A unique and beautiful Turkmen handwoven rug in pure wool, this piece will bring style and elegance to any interior. Its magnificent ancient style evokes the impression of the majestic carpets and rugs which once traveled miles via the Silk Route to Samarkand and Buhkara.

It is intricately designed and handmade to the highest possible standard.  The design of the pattern of the rug is traditional and contemporary at the same time. The colour of the wool is deep and luxurious suggesting great craftsmanship and quality.

The depth of colour is achieved using only natural vegetable dyes. The result is a spectacularly beautiful effect on the rug. This deep colour, when viewed from one side, appears to be dark and shadow, but when viewed from the other side appears light and bright which is a stunning feature for any enchanted owner to discover.

Origin: Turkmenistan

The craftsmanship to create our hand-knotted Turkmen rug can take between four months and one year to complete. All our rugs are professionally made by expert carpet weavers.

The colours found in this rug include: dark indigo, red, terracotta, light yellow, black, white.

Delivery requirements

Upon the delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the parcel and ensure that the goods are in undamaged condition and correspond to the order. The customer should sign the delivery form after checking the parcel.

If the customer provides special instruction for the delivery and is unable to accept the parcel in person, the carrier may take a photo of a place where the parcel was left.

Please note: Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, except for bank holidays.
